Comments:	Just like to take the time to say thank you to the administration and members of local 107 for their support through the attempted organization of New Century Transportation. And I would especially like to thank Chris Buschmeier for his professionalism and help during this situation. I feel that the membership made us feel like we were already members of the local and that was greatly appreciated! As we all know NCT has been put out of business by poor management and greed but all things aside I am still proud to have been an organizer! My wife and I were so confident at Christmas last year she had a 107 jacket made up for me. With your permission I will still wear it proudly! Pensions: you can collect pension and unemployment only based on Unemployment rules and guidelines. You should direct questions to Unemployment on how your pension could affect your unemployment benefits before you take your pension benefits.
To apply for your pension, the Fund will Need Birth certificate for you and your spouse, copies of Social Security card, Marriage certificate and any death cert/divorce decrees and property settlements from divorces.
If your spouse’s last name on the birth certificate does not match the one on the marriage certificate, you will need documentation terminating the previous marriage.
