Bellingham Cold Storage Strike Ends as Teamsters Offer to Return to Work Contract negotiations will continue as over 100 members of Teamsters Local 231 end their 14-day strike Teamsters Local 231 members employed at Bellingham Cold Storage (BCS) have offered an unconditional return to work, ending their current Unfair Labor Practice strike after fourteen days.
